Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
If you receive any faulty or damage or item(s) not same as describe, you have to inform us with in 3 (Three) days (From day you receive your item) with images or videos.
Please note with any proof (Images/videos) and your report time is more than 3 (three) day, your claim is invalid.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If order has return due to address (delivery address) issue i.e. wrong address/not enough information to deliver, you are NOT ENTITLE for refund. Its it customer/buyer responsibilities to provide correct address.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT BUYERS REMORSE.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return address. After receiving a RMA number and return address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the given address.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If item is not delivered due to any tax issues in your home country , you will not eligible for refund.

- We can only refund within 30 days of purchasing. This is not by choice but because credit card companies will not allow us to add funds to a credit card after 30 days.
